Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS

  1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without hassle or cost. Once this period passes, your order will be confirmed with our artisans who will begin preparing the item for dispatch. Please be mindful of the process and steps that go into making each item.
  2. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, items made to order or customised.
  3. You must inform us of your wish to cancel your order in writing by email to help@gruhamliving.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, protective lining and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may not be eligible for a return, read below for more details.
    Please note that we are a slow fashion platform, consequently our pieces are limited edition and one of a kind coming to you from the artisans in South Asia. Please be mindful of what goes into making these items and avoid taking advantage of the return policy. We appreciate your cooperation.
  2. Gruham Living will issue a refund for the return of full priced merchandise provided we receive your return request within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping will be handled by the customer.
  3. Made to order items and customised orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. Please read the product description carefully before placing the orders. These items can only be returned for a store credit. 
  4. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Made to Order/Customised orders: In case you want to return an item made or customised to your order, you can only return the item if it was damaged or wrong. These items can only be returned for a store credit. 

Sale items, Gift cards: Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

Processing a Return

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

  • Email us at help@gruhamliving.com to request a return form. The email must include your name, order number, reason for return and a photograph of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Print and fill out the return form and place it with the items you wish to return;
  • The return mailing address and mailing service for return will be on the bottom of the return form.
  • Once your package has been received at the mailing address and via the mailing service specified at the bottom of the return form, you will be notified via email that your return package has been received and your refund is under process. We will process your refund promptly, and in any event within 14 days of sending you the notification confirming receipt of your return package.
  • You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and initiate the refund.

    3. EXCHANGES

    Given the small batch production and made to order nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted meeting the criteria above, make a separate purchase for the new item.
